Refund Policy

At Likean, all our products are carefully packed and inspected before shipping. As a small business operating in the UAE, we offer a limited return policy and appreciate your understanding.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or if the product has been used or tampered with.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at likeanofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item

2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the issue

3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or return instructions

Return shipping is free if the issue is our error (wrong or damaged item). Otherwise, return shipping may be charged.

3. Refunds

If the return is approved:

• You may receive a store credit for the same value, valid for future purchases

• In some cases, we may issue a bank transfer refund upon request

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. You may place a new order using the store credit (if eligible).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

• Hair accessories (scrunchies, clips)

• Custom or handmade items

• Items marked final sale
