We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

Standard Delivery:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available for all orders within the UAE. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order in cash.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on delivery location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; such offers will be clearly stated on the website.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package. Additional charges may apply.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details (if available).

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the package is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp with photos.
